[Dailydrool] congratulations

Congratulations to Utah Friends of Basset Hounds for winning a grant from
the Animal Rescue site.  Utah got their act together and got out the votes!
Good going!!  It is the only state in which a basset rescue won - lots of
greyhounds, collies, pit bulls, dachshunds, small breeds - in NJ it was
horses that won the grant.  Keep trying!  Utah showed us it's possible!
