[Dailydrool] not feeding enough??

I have been feeding Chloe 1 1/2 cups of food twice a day.  She is so hungry 
though she is going outside and eating her frozen turds, YUCK   And then comes 
inside and vomits, double YUCK.  Am I not feeding her enough, or is she just 
hungry.  She will be 1 year old next week.  Kristi, Big L and turd eating Chloe
