[Dailydrool] functional hound jackets

Hi fellow droolers in drool land - Since this is the best place for basset  
advise, I have yet another question. Where can I find a hound coat, sweater  
or jacket that is functional not just beautiful? In fact, I will pass on  
the beautiful, just to get one that fits right and will stay in place. Part  
Lilly's treatment plan for her hind end problems (stiffness, limping etc)  
for this winter is to keep her back covered. Now, seems like a reasonable  
thing, but the part of her back that needs to be covered is her hips. This  
will help by keeping it warm and hopefully not going into a spasm by not  
being cold. But, the oddly shaped body of my little girl, doesn't allow for  
what seems like anything to stay in place. Are there any thoughts out  
there? Or suggestions? Many thanks!
