how old is the puppy?

I expen off puppies from older dogs  and let the older dogs sniff around the puppy while the puppy is safe.

Usually I then put the puppy out with the youngest or most laid back dog first.

I have a senior that does not tolerate puppy antics very well and she is allowed out with the puppy last, once the puppy has safely learned some manners from my more tolerant dogs.
