I feel your pain. We live in MA and just got power back this a.m. ... after nearly 5 days! My baby Moses got neutered today, and I am so glad we can bring him home to warm, cozy house tonight. 
 
If there is anything we can do for you and the pups while you wait out the power, please let me know.
