It's me again - Norm!

I don't know if you all have been following the weather here in southeastern
Michigan and northwest Ohio, but baby, it's cold outside. It has been soooo
cold and windy that mom won't let us outside more than 3 minutes at a time -
she sets this little dingy-thingy that tells her it is time for us to come
in. She also made us these very macho blue camo fleece snoods to keep our
ears warm. But yesterday, it got a little less cold and we actually got to
stay outside for about 15 minutes and play in the snow. So Opie and I
decided to play a came of tag with Johnny. We were racing around ON TOP OF
THE SNOW 'coz it had this hard crusty stuff on top. We hid under the pine
trees, peeked around the big trees, raced around the fire place and chased
each other around the grandkids swinging horsie. That's when it happened!
I tried to put on my breaks and turn really quick and I spun out and went
sliding - and sliding - and sliding. I thought I was going to keep sliding
all the way to Chicago to see Nigel and Llewis. My butt got really cold!
My nebberminds were turning blue and looked like my blue camo snood. I was
covered in snow. Finally, I slowed down enough to dig my bug old feet down
into the snow and I skidded to a halt right next to the fence! I felt like
one of those race car drivers on TV - but no pit crew came running out to
help me and Opie and Johnny were rolling on the ground laughing! So, I got
up, shook myself off and acted cool, like "I meant to do that! Wasn't that
cool?". But I was really glad when Mom called us in - that blanket on her
lap felt really good.

Drools to ya!
