[Dailydrool] Collars & Sleep

Humphrey wears a red collar, and he's all boy. Same with Bix, the black &
white Akita/St. Bernard mix, and no one's ever questioned his masculinity.
Actually, strangers never question anything about Bix - he looks like a
giant black wolf. A Disney Princess collar probably couldn't even change
that (though it might reflect his sweet-as-sugar nature).

As far as sleeping goes, Bix, who is 11 1/2, sleeps probably 15 hours a day.
He graces us with his presence mainly for walks, meals, ear scritches, and
belly rubs.

Humphrey, who is just over 8 months old, will sleep from about 10 pm to 9 am
but only IF he gets 6 miles of walking and running and either at least 1
hour at the dog run or 6 hours of daycare. Anything less, and he sleeps for,
oh, maybe 5 hours.
