[Dailydrool] How to deal with flea bites

It's that time of year again - the fleas are biting and poor old Rolph is tearing himself to pieces.

Rolph is allergic to flea bites (I learned at great expense last year).

He and Clara regularly have Stronghold put on their necks (kills fleas, ticks and worms). I have sprayed the house/furnishings etc with a specialist spray which kills eggs, larvae and fleas. I have made (and dished out) garlic treats designed to keep the little biters away and give Rolph Benedryl each day.
I have even invested in flea lamps (which, to date, have caught nothing).

I know the fleas have to bite him before they die, but I just don't know where he's being attacked.
Has anyone got ANY ideas how I can save my poor boy from being in misery until late autumn?

Thanks
Sally, with Rolph and Clara, UK
