[Dailydrool] bassets in need in Alabama

I am the adoption coordinator for Basset Hound Rescue of Alabama and also
fill the roll of intake coordinator. At this time, we have 5 bassets in need
of foster homes at my house, 10 at our vet's office and numerous requests
coming in from high kill shelters around the state. There are 4 in the
Tuscumbia, Alabama area. Tuscumbia is in the northwest corner of the state.
The director of that shelter tells me that those bassets are around 3-4
years of age. The phone number that Tommy called from is 2563814073 if
someone can help those hounds. There are 3 females that appear to have been
breeding stock from someone. That woman turned them in as owner surrenders.
There is also a male there but i dont know his origin, stray or owner
surrender. They all need to be out of the shelter by this coming friday at
the latest.
There is at least one in Summerdale, Alabama which is near Mobile and i
think one in Baldwin county shelter. There are a couple at Cullman shelter
too.
If anyone can help any of these babies, i know the hounds would appreciate
it. I just dont have room and feel certain that the other active basset
rescue in our state is also full.
