More tests and no answers on Truman
quick recap... Truman is a 5yr old neutered male. He began urinating large amounts in the house and indoors on Monday. I took Truman to work yesterday, (day 2 of the symptoms) and we pulled a cbc/chem/t-4 and u/a to send to the lab. The only abnormalities was Truman's Urine Specific gravity which was 1.010, normal is around 1.030.?Last spring Truman began drinking large amounts?and?we ran him through the whole range of test... x-rays, bloodwork, cushings/addisons testing, ultrasounds, lepto titers, t-4,?and all they could come up with was that truman wasn't concentrating his urine and was?drinking large amounts of water so they tentatively diagnosed him with diabetes insipidus. but during all of that he never had these urinary issues. He just had to urinate often but never urinated in the house or seemed in any discomfort.? 
Starting today he would "grunt" or "moan" every time he laid down. So I took him in today for ultrasounds of his kidneys. His kidney's looked normal, I mentioned to the vet-man that Truman seemed painful every time he laid down... so he palpated his abdomen and every time he pushed on Tru's abdominal area Truman cried out in pain (no pain in his back) so we took x-rays and Truman's liver is enlarged. So friday we will be running bile-acids test... anyone thoughts or ideas would be helpful.
