[Dailydrool] Willie

        Amy said, "My husband is a little upset that Willie hasn't developed the "Ahroo" yet.  Willie has a very loud deep bark, but not the Ahroo.  I'm sure it will come soon." I caution them to be careful what they ask for.

        Boomer was the same way. He has a very "deep" bark. His "Ahroo" was not present at first. I heard everyone else talk about the ahroo, and I wanted Boomer to do it. I'm not so sure about it now. Boomer will start to bark, and then the ahroo comes out. I believe that the neighbors probably think we should move onto about 20 acres, and live in the middle of it. 

        We sometimes have the front door open, and the screen door locked, so that the boys cannot push it open. Boomer saw something once, you know what I mean, a dog, a cat, a kid, a leaf, a hallucination, you get the idea. He was about four feet from me, and he let an ahroo go. I asked Cathy to come get me and pry me out of the ceiling. I remember hollering at Boomer, "Boomer!! INSIDE VOICE!!" Bonehead. He has a beautiful bay, but it is loud enough that everyone in town can hear it.

        I have read the stories of the sick houndies, and the trips to the bridge. Our thoughts and prayers and drool are with you.
