I am a huge fan of the blue power ear treatment (BPET).  Years ago, Max the
wonder dog had horrible ear infections.  Nothing medically worked for them.
I even took him to a specialist at UC Davis vet teaching hospital.  When
nothing worked, the specialist told me that my only option was to have his
ear canals removed.

So I tried BPET, and his infections cleared up immediately.  He also never
had another ear infection.  The treatment helped keep his ears nice and
clean!
