[Dailydrool] Copper says thank-you

First, gotta say thank-you to all who wished me a Happy Birthday.  We are
still enjoying the liver muffins that Mom made us.  She's pretty stingy and
gives us little pieces.  Being 10 is okay-a lot like being 9.

Cakie, thanks for the support.   Mama and Daddy still talk about the nasty
people you mentioned.   We didn't get to go into the big building that time.
I suppose they could've pretended I was an obedience basset, but Buddy can't
pretend he is any kind of basset, even in his fake ears!  We don't like it
when the humans go away for the day and leave us at home.  I have been to
the ch. dog type of show, though, and they look really boring for the poor
bassets.   You sit and wait....and wait.  Then you go into a ring and up a
ramp and a human looks at you.  Then you and your human walk or run around
the ring.  You have to wait again and then maybe run around some more.
Finally the judge human points at 1, 2, 3, 4 bassets and the people get all
excited, esp. the first one.   Then the bassets sit and wait again.
Boooooring!
