Hi Bob,
When we had a golden with Athur Itis, we first started with a baby asprin.
once a day.  That one simple little sweet little pill kept him off the high
powered Rimidyl for a couple of years  He took baby asprin once a day for
about a year.  Then he went to the half dose of coated asprin for about a
year before he started the Rimidyl.
