[Dailydrool] wyatt Update

Dear Steve,  my heart breaks for you and Wyatt.

If he were mine I would gently send him to the Bridge. 
  I had a friend who's dog had cancer, first in the toe, then the whole foot.  After 2 surgeries they found it in the hip.  She finally made the final decision.
I wouldn't even try pumping Whyatt with drugs. that may or may not cause stomach or bowel upset.
I don't believe we can honestly explain to them why we are putting them in more pain and struggle (amputation, recovery),  I believe we do a lot of things to make ourselves feel better.
Dogs live for today.  Humane?  Letting them go in peace and dignity.
