[Dailydrool] Elwood and the pit bull dog

I just read someone's response about the incident you were involved in.
As Animal Control Officer for a local law enforcement agency here in
Alabama, this is something i am seeing quite alot.
The one thing you need to do is talk with law enforcement and/or your animal
control officer. You as well as Elwood are in danger and the citizen
responsible for this dog should be help responsible. Be pushy with whoever
you have to be to get something done. Learn your local ordinances too so you
are aware of your local laws/ordinances.
Dont let this rest as it could be worse next time.
please do post updates when possible.
