Liz,

My heart is breaking for you.  Lymphoma is what took my Nick two years ago.
At Buford's age, you are correct that chemo is not really an option.
Predisone will help him be comfortable, but as Bev said a week or so ago,
Pred works until it doesn't work.  Buford will tell you when it is time.

 

Remember, dogs live in the present.  As long as Buford has a good day, it is
a good day.  Enjoy each day you have with him and try not to dwell on
tomorrow.
