[Dailydrool] possible theft

Dear Everyone,

 

I think the guy from the BIG BROWN TRUCK came and, instead of delivering
brains, I think he took all four, two basset and two cocker spaniel. The
have all been hell on wheels this weekend. Grab the laundry and run outside,
grab the pillows off the couch and run, bark, bark, bark, racing thru the
house like mad dogs. The hounds have been doing that show of clunking chests
then going into alligator bode. They have even brought the cockers into it.
It's bad when you have to turn up the volume on the TV and close the windows
so the neighbors don't think there is something drastically wrong. Jeff even
tried to crawl into the washer to wipe his face on the damp clothes. Chase
the cats and Trudy has learned how to open the baby gate to the bedroom
where the litter boxes are. It attaches to the doorframe on one side and
latches on the other side. She puts her head on the bottom and keeps on
lifting and bumping until its open then all 4 of them run in to chow on cat
food or kitty Rocha. They have counter cruised a full water bottle, Trudy
grabbed a full bottle of Pepsi from the coffee table that my DH forgot to
pick up and ran thru the house pouring it as she went (and you know it was
just an hour after I had washed the floors)

We leave on 5 day vacation to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan the end of
this week and the hounds are going to the kennel (which they love) the
cockers are staying home with the cats and my son. I think we all need a few
days away from each other and maybe I'll get some of my humor back.

 

To Nadine Mysker, if you need any help when I get back on the 8th just email
me; I only live 15 minutes away from you.

Ok I am done venting, just knew droolers would understand. Snooters to
everyone
