[Dailydrool] Whipworms

[ABC's Slobber Shoppe]

Anyone have any experience with a dog with whipworms? I had a foster  
at my house last week and the vet called me today to tell me his stool  
sample was positive for whipworm.

I am worried about my 3 boys and now what I am reading on line tells  
me to replace my lawn with concrete since the worms won't die?

Any help is appreciated!
