[Dailydrool] Onions

Thanks to everyone who replied to my post regarding my girls snatching
my mother's day onion blossom.  I spoke to my vet that day and was told
that if they were going to have a reaction, i.e. diarrhea, vomiting,
etc., that it should occur within the first hour or two.  Since it had
been 24 hours since they had swiped my onion, and they had not shown any
signs of being ill, the vet said they should be in the clear, but of
course we watched them both closely to be sure.  I did find out that
onions will cause onion toxicity in dogs and can lead to liver failure,
so there will be no more onion blossoms in our house!!  Keep the onions
away!  They're NO NO NO NO NO GOOD for dogs!!!

 

Drool to all in need...there's plenty brewin up over that onion blossom
(MY onion blossom)  tee hee...
