[Dailydrool] birthday treats

Hey droolers-

Monday is Ginger's third birthday.  What kind of treats do you give your 
basset for special days?  We're coming out (finally) of a long bout of 
colitis, so I  don't want to stress her digestion too much, but it would 
be fun to have an excuse to give her some special treats. (Alfie will 
get one or two also).

By the way, my wife thinks I'm absolutely nuts, but we've all fallen 
head over heals for this sweetie.  She's feeling frisky, and has decided 
recently that she's comfortable enough here to chew up books, pencils, 
belts, and whatnot.   My sons and I play a game that involves a lot if 
dice - we're being very careful to keep them put away!
