Coccidia is nasty and very resistant to typical disinfectants.  A 10%
solution of ammonia will kill coccidian.  Also, coccidian can be transmitted
by flies.

Also, and I don't want to be mean, but 9 weeks is too young for pups to
leave their mom and littermates.  Their vaccinations are not effective yet
and they still have lots to learn from their mom and littermates.
