[Dailydrool] Eye Problem

I need some advice. Hushy has had an eye issue for about 3 weeks.  I took 
him to the vet immediately 3 weeks ago.  He gave us meds for 
conjuctivitis..it was a cream...we administered 4 times a day.  The redness 
went away, but the third eyelid is still up..you can only see about half his 
actual eyeball.  We went back to the vet. He gave us a perscription for 
pregnazaone for 4 days, 2 pills every morning, and some eyedrops...we 
finished the perscription today...still seeing the third eyelid.  Hushy is 
in no pain and seems perfectly fine except for the ugly eye.  The eye did 
not develope over time.  It just appeared 2 friday night ago.  He was fine.  
Then he wasn't.  I am taking him back to the vets tomorrow, but I am really 
starting to freak.  Does anyone have any ideas?
