Otis, who has always been a gracious foster host, only began to do the kicking up thing after some neighbors brought home their newest family member, a rescued shepherd. Otis had been of the Fang-mind regarding other dogs here, and his own Nelly (tho he MUST pee on her pee spot), but this new dog has led us to acquire dirt-spray adornments if we are behind Otis during his expressiveness, too.
