Thanks for all the neutering advice for Toby everyone.  I really
appreciate it.

Heather...we've had a couple of accidents...but we are trying hard to  
get him outside after drinking, sleeping and after 15-20 of playing.   
He already seems to know what "go potty" means.

Our other basset hound is keeping him very busy.  It is true...the  
only thing cuter than a basset hound is 2!
