I can relate!  It was 105 here in sunny Northern California.  The AC has been working it's tail off all week!  Can't wait until next week...it will cool to the 80's, at least I hope so!  I hope that it cools down for you!  I know when I lived on the ranch and we needed to cool  the critters in the barn we used ice blocks in front of the fan....My daughter, who only has a swamp cooler at her house uses this trick and it helps.
