[Dailydrool] E Clara and Elwood and a dose of cynicism.

Hello. How are you? How is Elwood's shoulder? My theory (based on the late
Zelda) is that E.Clara is watching and just waiting for him to feel better,
so she can do whatever she did before to gimp him up and keep him quiet. She
has hit on a whole new method of dealing with him: keep him mildly crippled
and he is manageable. Don't be surprised to see her offering him strange new
foods--- pieces of dead chipmunk and fillet of steel-toed shoe.
It would be nice to think that she is concerned, but Zelda watched the sick
dogs the way a shark watches a swimmer with a speargun, just waiting for one
to shoot himself in the foot.
Never underestimate the plotting ability of the female Basset, especially if
they already have an iron paw.

Zelda (in unavoidable absentium) sends an ATTAGIRL  to Elder Clara.

Nigel,Llewis,Mitchell and Cooper are watching this from a safe distance.
