[Dailydrool] Is it still a bellhound if there's only one baying?

I'm intrigued by the bellhound information too.  We have two hounds. Bo bays and is ear-splitting but never barks or howls. Harley barks and occasionally howls, but never bays. Usually, when one gets going, the other just sits and watches, so there's no first and last hound. Does that mean I don't have a bell hound, or two hounds waiting for a bellhound?
