[Dailydrool] Help needed with Owen/Oscar

Oregon Basset Hound Rescue has an urgent need for a therapeutic foster home for a one year old male named Owen.  Owen has been placed in an adoptive home in Central Oregon, where he has taken the alpha role.  The adopter then had to take care of his dying mother, so the adoption has failed.
 
Owen is presently being boarded in Bend, OR.
 
Is there anyone close who is willing to take on a challenging, but potentially rewarding healthy young male?  Transportation can be arranged.  Owen is neutered and current on all immunizations.  Our foster homes are full!
 
A home without children would be best so that full focus could be on Owen.  An experienced basset wrangler needed.
