[Dailydrool] Postage Stamps

Probably a dumb question but from our side of the pond  not quite so dumb.
Are the illustrated postage stamps like those on  the Golden Gate Rescue site 
OK for internal postage in the USA? If you belong to  Golden Gate, does the 
site accept Paypal?
