[Dailydrool] Today's Calendar Boy

It's hard to believe that my little boy is 14 today.  My husband had always wanted a Basset Hound, so in Nov. 1994 Ernie came into our lives as a 7 week old, 10 pound buppy.  While he did the usual puppy antics, he's always been more of a BABE than an OEBE.  My husband went to the bridge in Dec. 1996, so it's just been Ernie and I for 12 years.  He is my reason for getting up in the morning and my reason for going home at night.  He's had a few health problems and moves a lot slower these days, but he still greets me at the door when I come home.  He's such a blessing in my life!
Happy Birthday to my baby boy!  Momma loves you very much!
