I just read about Bevs sleep study and had one done also.  They told me that I sleep just fine and that I just need to get a dog door so that I don't wake up at home because the dogs need out .  Still waiting for the DH to put the door in.  Amazing what I paid to have a professional tell me what I've known for the last 10 years.
