[Dailydrool] Listerine

Please excuse the slave as she isn't able to locate the archives to see how  
to use the Listerine to clean the pee smell from our potty yard.  She's not  
sure if she spray's just before a rain or if she should rinse.  Can someone  
please direct her?????
