Now you know why I'm glad I never got my teacher certifications. I
still believe in "Spare the rod, spoil the child." I would have been
in jail for striking a child in today's educational environment.
To make this basset-related, if this would have happened to Daisy
(ATB), she would have turned on the kid and bit 'em. Of course, this
would have had further legal problems.
