[Dailydrool] It's raining

We have recently been trying out a new routine of walking Frank and Sarah after dinner most nights -- keeps us slaves in shape, and hopefully causes F+S to sleep past 5:30 am - it works, mostly.  Tonight we're getting our first cool September evening (50's) in central Virginia, and it's raining because of the Storm with No Name off the Atlantic Coast.  Well, Frank and Sarah obviously expect us to follow the "new routine" already, and don't care that it's clammy and cold outside.  Being bored, they FINALLY went out by themselves, since they couldn't get us to go out with them.  Frank drank puddles, Sarah sniffed bushes, and after about 10 minutes, they came in all soaked and dripping wet.

I dried them off at the door with a towel, pretty well, I thought.  Then Frank walked off and shook his body full of skin, which sent rainwater all over the place.  I wish he had done that outside!
