[Dailydrool] stinky wet chiny chin chin

Does anyone elses houndie have a stinky wet chin where the loose flappy skin
comes together.  It gets wet when he drinks and eats and has a kinder light
brown color. I dry it and wipe it and it goes back to stinky.  Any idears?
