[Dailydrool] .....the land of the tailpipe problums

Dis Brudder Elwood. I bee at me home. Momma seyz meny peeps a worrin bout me and I fank youze fur da drool, it help da brudder git bedderz, an git home. I kinnder fink I git whut dem sey, da settup on dis one. It not bee me fault, but da brudder gonna let me Momma tell da storie dis time, Brudder Elwood missed him beautimous sleepz while I be at da rumpbone fixin place. Why I teke liddel snooze dis mornin and I open me eyeballz and I fink da Brudder bee looocinatin, cause dere be Ol Bob, he in fur da rumpbone trubbles too, an he not doing too good attal. 
Meebee Elder Clara, whut dun missed me bad, gib lessonz on da tailpipe, cause herz still a wurking good.
Brudder Elwood a goin to da beddie. Git me powerz back.
Momma here, Elwood is right, he is home tired, his rear is sore,his belly sore and he is not alone-Ol Bob spent the day in the next vetspital bed with the start of a anal gland infection. Bob is home, but showing his age tonight. Momma is frazzled, and I think Sandi W is now afraid to answer the phone when I call for help-I was sure filling up the Winchester Wing at the hospital this week-and Sandi has been such a help-the power of our droolers is simply incredible.
What did Brudder Elwood eat????? 
It appears what I suspected, a stick off a bottlerocket that the neighbors set off Monday night. They set off 2 of them and I did not think too much about it as from the noise they appeared small-HAH--and since they had a issue several years back with almost setting another neighbors home on fire, I had this vision that they were keeping this crap close, but alas-a blonde moment-one of the two fell in my yard,--well Jake had the cardboard body and appears Elwood had the stick section. It got hung up in Elwoods gut, he ate grass to compensate for the pain, and 3 days in the hospital and many dollars later, our wonderful Doc's and staff, got the tailpipe a twitching and shall we say it moved and busted loose.Elwood now has graced his yard MANY times, much to my glee.
Now you ask--what are you gonna do with the neighbors??? Ask me how mad I am-I know it was not done on purpose and I should of checked myself, believe me, I?have beat myself up on this-but still, Elwood suffered from something that should never of been.

So droolers, whats your take, what would you do--these folks are in the 70's age and it was the son--in the 40 range that set this off-We DO live here, and the dogs DO bark, so there are only so many feathers I can ruffle, but I how about some advice, words of wisdom, cause I am thinking of having a few beers and rollin on over----
