[Dailydrool] All Basset Mommies Give The Same Advice

I took Daffodil, the sweet and loving little girl, to the vet's today to 
have her nails cut and her ears checked.  This is a basset who loves 
everyone and just wants to be cuddled.

When it became clear that it was nail cutting time, Daffodil the Evil 
appeared and was ready to bite everyone in reach.  A leather muzzle took 
care of that, but I suddenly realized that it had to be passed down from 
mother to buppie..."do not let the humans touch your nails".  Probably the 
primary piece of advice that they receive.

Lilie goes next (sometime this week) and she definitely needs the muzzle.
