[Dailydrool] NEED INFO!!!! HELP!!!!

Momma here. I need info-I need to know the responsible pawtie-this is what happened-
Our lawn mower decided it was no longer self propelled, hubby tells me he ordered parts to fix it, watch for the box. Okay-no problem, the box shows up, I throw it on his workbench in the garage, tell him mower parts are here. Days later, it is time to overhaul the mower-he goes to the"man area"-and shortly afterwards I here him yelling my name-you know-in emergency fashion-so I haul it on out there and he says this is not lawn mower parts- this is for you-
Well, here is a gift box from BellyRubs Basset Rescue Raffle--the beautiful silver cuff. The card reads from all my hounds. 
Okay Elwood claims he is innocent, and Leanne said she is sworn to secrecy, but maybe if I beg to drool the houndie helper will come forth so I can properly thank them. This cuff is just to die for-and I must know-so please e-mail me kind person-I really need to thank you properly for this wonderful gift.

.....and Clara was very thankful for the mower parts, it was getting "over her head" out there.
