Is it just me, or have other Droolers experienced this truth of basset
geometry?
Whenever two bassets are walking one human, it is required that they divide
the invisible circle surrounding the human into two equal and opposite
parts.
McQuade's corollary: Whenever more than two bassets are walking a human,
they will divide said circle into equal parts, no matter how many hounds are
taking part in the walk.
