[Dailydrool] not enjoy life

When I lived in N.W. Calgary, before Victoria  there was this old old dog black who had trouble
walking was soooooo skinny and seemed to be be disoriented.  I thought to myself I would
never do that to a dog but after Miss Becky at the end staggered some (so do I) and her
eye growths looked awful but was able to go for walks and enjoyed her food and visits it was OK. My son
carried her downstairs the day she left and said 'nothing wrong with her' and vet assit.  
came to pick her up But although the poor thing seemed bright enough sitting down I knew something
was not right and am a firm believer in quality of life. I just couldn't stand her being sick and 
struggling but she kept fighting..
I don't know if the black dog is still with them or not but it was sad.  Not really an answer to this either.
