Does anybody happen to know the Woofstock attendance rules?  the
spouse is going to be within a few hours of Woofstock at the Otterhound
Nationals and thought he might take his "longhaired hippy
basset" to woofstock for a bit.  Are basset Wannabe's welcome or
no??
