[Dailydrool] Rescue Sites Down

* I know the Basset Rescue of Montana site is down.  When Leslie was here
last weekend she said it was down and they were not sure what was wrong but
trying to get it back up. I suppose it could have been hacked.  I looked
again today and it is still down.*
