[Dailydrool] an oddity I simply don't understand

I took my mom to her cardiologist appointment the other day.  Her  
doctor has his dog in the office: a beautiful black lab.  Her name is  
Abby.  She is a sweetheart!  When we came out of the exam room I saw  
Abby lying on the floor in a room across the hall.  I glanced in at  
her and she wagged her tail happily at me.  And then I saw what my  
mind still cannot wrap it's arms around.  Abby was lying on the floor  
next to a counter.  On top of the counter was a sheet cake.  Abby  
wasn't interested.

....yeah, that would happen in my house!  NOT!!!!!!
