I beg to differ - my Teddi can pout with the best 2-leggers there are!!  Once I had to put her on a timeout 3 different times during 1 trip to the dog park.  After the 3rd time, I told her to go play and she wouldn't!  After 20-minutes I took them all home and she wouldn't even look at me!  This went on for a full hour!!  Finally I said "Look - I'm sorry I had to put you on timeout" at which time she gave me a kiss and all was forgiven!!  Yep - she wouldn't even look at me until I apologized to her!!  Yep - Bassets are stupid (NOT!!)!!
