[Dailydrool] Otis and Nelly frolic in the snow

Otis is still hanging in, and is now off of his pain meds. Only a  
couple days left of antibiotics. He really is MUCH gentler about  
accepting the antibiotic capsule than that nasty-tasting tramadol.
We broke records here with 69 degrees a couple days ago, and yesterday  
it snowed. And then it STUCK! Otis and Nelly are having a ball with  
the snow. He is still wearing his e-collar (only a couple more days,  
and he seems very adjusted now) and uses it to scoop up snow and fling  
it around. He is also very careful NOT to tip his head up when he does  
that because he knows that will make cold wet snow slide down into his  
neck. Smart boy. Meanwhile, when he throws snow at Nelly, she gets all  
wound up and scampers around in circles. She loves the new snow  
excitement. Fun to watch them playing.
If Otis's shunt remains clear, then I know his checkup visit Tuesday  
will go well. His eye is no longer red and his incision is already  
almost healed up.
