[Dailydrool] Louie will have to have surgery

Hi,
  We talked to our vet today who spoke with the pathologist who did his biopsy and an oncologist.  She said we need to take it off.  They think it is a Hemangiopericytoma in which case there is a high percentage that it won't return as long as his margins are OK.  Jeff talked to her and didn't really ask about margins so I am not sure what she means.  It also could be a nerve sheath tumor and that is worse because it tends to come back.  We have to try to take out a loan since it is expensive.  Maybe they have a payment plan.  I hope he would be able to come home the same day but we are not sure.  No one is there during the night but she would check in on him.  I am so nervous about all this.  We want to do the best thing for Louie.  If anyone knows anything about this surgery please let us know.
  We could use a lot of drool and prayers here because my mom is not doing well, my brother is flying in from NJ to see her.  All this before Christmas.  I have to be strong for my mom and Louie.
