Her name is Renee Bane and her work is WONDERFUL!!!!!!   Right after I adopted Pw Gina Marie in Nov 2003 I ordered a Christmas wreath from Renee, and the hound in the middle was painted so that it looked like my girl.
Her merchandise is not inexpensive, but it lasts forever and the quality is top of the line.
