[Dailydrool] TWO OHIO BASSETS NEED RESCUED

Hello,
 
  There is a male basset at the Morrow County Dog Pound that needs helped. His owners dumped him and a female there last week. The female was adopted. he is a beautiful boy at the age of 2. The Darke County dog pound has a beautiful 4yo female that needs saved. Her owners said they had to many dogs. She looks like she has recently had pups. Both are said to be housebroken Can anyone help these 2? Ohio Basset rescue has over 70 with no open foster homes. We have been kenneling dogs for months Please HELP!
