Guess what, the same thing just happened to me,  I have my front door  open 
and Evil Annie was making a fuss about a survey team out front taking soil  
samples , well this women comes to my front door to ask for some water and ask  
me about Annie, and Maggie  her mom owns a Basset so I told her about the  
drool , she was amazed,  so it sounds like we will be getting another  drooler,  
the Bassets name is Clancy.
